πŸ™‚ You have a tasty hand, which makes tasty food ,so why worry dear…

  5. It must be a big house to support such gardens as open space is required. Considering the artificially created exorbitant high real estate prices in big cities, it is not really possible to have such gardens these days.

I heard that people having such gardens try to create some hybrids of their own.

    Any way beautiful green pictures.

      πŸ™‚ thanks..

Luckily,we have little, very little space..What is seen alone is what is there.. Well,no idea of creating new hybrids..We just use seeds provided by Agricultural department..

And yes,it is a sad fact, next generation will not be lucky enough to have the luxury of having own garden..

Well, this is my father’s and mother’s house..When I built my own home,I don’t think i will be able to afford even 10 cents of land 😦

  6. Wow beautiful garden u have.Ur garden reminded me of my mom who used to grow quite a few veggies in her garden.Everyday my mom used to spend sometime in the garden after coming back from her office, she used to takecare of the plants like her kids.Sad part is that she gave our house for developing, now there is a apartment in place of her garden and house.I really miss those days of sitting in the garden under the trees and drinking tea, having all that now is a distant dream.

Saw your eazy cooking post, loved all the recipes. The best recipes were the baking, will come back to copy ur choco and bread pudding.Your are a excellent cook.

Thanks a to for your good words Saritha..

Yes,gardens are vanishing..For the coming generation,it will be a grandma-story of people growing own vegetables.. **sigh**

      Do come again πŸ™‚

  9. growing one’s own vegetables is very satisfying!

  10. Great pictures. Obviously your climate lends itself to such exotic planting and fruit. You are so lucky. Here in our temporate climate in the U.K. we need to grow such things indoors but you have given me a great incentive to try something new next season.
    Best wishes
